RESEARCHING ACTIVITIES

Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering has been developing to become a center of excellence for fundamental and applied research that serves the technical professions and seizes the opportunities for innovation in the modern era. Industry 4.0 is based on well-equipped specialized laboratories and a team of dedicated lecturers. The Faculty's research groups actively participate in domestic and international research programs. Many groups hold central roles and positions, conducting interdisciplinary research on the application of computer science and computer engineering in different areas of life. Specifically, extensive collaborations and transferable research in the fields of environment, agriculture, transportation, medicine and physics, etc. The Faculty has also had many successful research projects in collaboration with other countries. domestic and foreign partners and businesses.

Annually, the Faculty actively participates in many conferences and seminars at home and abroad. In particular, the Faculty organizes international conferences and seminars such as SCSE, with the participation of many domestic and foreign scientists, business partners, as well as the active participation of graduate students, practitioners and students in reporting and presenting scientific research results and technology transfer products.

  • Sea water environment monitoring system in Xuan Dai Bay, Song Cau town, Phu Yen province.
  • The air environment risk warning map system in Ho Chi Minh City uses low-power sensors and remote sensing data.
  • System for monitoring and analyzing urban traffic situation.
  • Automated consulting system in real estate applications.

Faculty of Computer Science & Engineering currently has close relationships and cooperation in research and technology transfer with many domestic & international businesses, academies and universities, such as Renesas, KMS, VNG, Viettel, Hella, Nvidia, Xilinx, Cadence... international schools and institutes such as UTS (Australia), University of Wollongong (Australia), UEC (Japan), NUS (Singapore), etc.
