The 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Aerial Access and Applications (IAAA 2026)

Introduction

Intelligent Aerial Access and Applications is a rapidly growing research field that combines unmanned aerial platforms with artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and aerial communication networks. Recent progress enables UAVs and drones to operate autonomously, perceive their environment intelligently, collaborate control, and run onboard edge intelligence. These advances support applications like remote sensing, precision agriculture, environmental monitoring, and smart aerial services, while also presenting key challenges in communication efficiency, security, safety, and trust.
In this context, the 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Aerial Access and Applications (IAAA 2026) will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from July 27–29, 2026. Building on the success of the 1st edition, IAAA 2026 aims to provide a dedicated international platform for academic and industry professionals to share research, exchange practical experiences, and enhance collaboration in this field. The conference is co-organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Hanoi University of Mining and Geology (HUMG), and FPT University Danang (FUDN).
